What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing focused attention to the present moment, grounded in a journey towards acceptance.

When a thought, feeling, or bodily sensation arises, mindfulness allows us to recognise it with clarity. Rather than getting caught in patterns of reactivity, we learn to stay present—experiencing what comes up for us with awareness.

Acceptance is both a mindset and a practice. It feels different for each person, but at its core, it means allowing each moment to be as it is. With intention and regular practice, this process becomes more natural and accessible.

This is the heart of the practice.

Mindful awareness helps us observe our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment.

At in rose clinic, we use the breath, body, and heart as tools to experience mindfulness in a way that is gentle, warm and inclusive for all.

  • 30, 60 & 90 minute guided appointment
  • Welcoming clients to be in seated or lying down postures
